Visited MOWAA last year and was so impressed with the vision and the (very clear) hard work that has gone into building this institution. This project is a generational game changer for Benin and I really hope authorities act with wisdom and foresight.
If this isn't theft, then I don't know what is...how does a sim go bad with airtime on it and after a sim swap, the Airtel mysteriously disappears...na wa Sha!!!
