Public finance in Kenya 🇰🇪 is governed by Articles 201, 203 and 210 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010. The key thing is that all public money must be used in a prudent and responsible way with counties receiving at least 15% of all revenue collected by the national government.
Additionally, no tax can be imposed or waived except through legislation. Every waiver must be a matter of public record
