Anytime you hear the phrase "Generational Wealth" just assume it's a scam.
Because nobody making "Generational wealth" calls it that
Paying for this view one $25 failed date venmo request at a time
Alex Cooper too. I just found out they are technically different people
Had a great first date dinner with this girl last night but she texted me this morning saying she didn't think it was going to work. Dinner was pretty expensive so I asked her if she was ok to pay for her half since she didn't want to go out again. Definitely the fair move and happy to have the extra $25 in my pocket. Her loss. On to the next one! 💪
Pardoning Trevor Milton is one of trump's most egregious misuses of power.
Milton was so blatanty guilty and fraudulent and it all just got washed away for some campaign $.
Friendly remind that Trevor Milton was found guilty of securities and wire fraud, sentenced to 4 years in prison and ordered to pay a $1,000,000 fine plus $168,000,000 in restitution.
He then donated $3,200,000 to Trumps Campaign.
Donald Trump then pardoned him.
As a result, Trevor no longer has to pay his civil fines or restitution. He also comes out with a clean record meaning no job restrictions so he can go back to working in security-related positions.

A girl in high school I thought I would marry broke my heart so bad it made me emotionally indifferent to women for years. Then i turned into a fuckboy and repaid that to countless other girls til I finally felt satisfied and moved past it
I always thought it was crazy when they said 60% of NBA players go bankrupt 5 years after retiring but now I see why
Dating discourse is cooked. There just aren't enough men yearning for a yapper on SSRIs with anxious attachment and a cartier fetish

I need leftists to understand that outside NYC, all the housing problems they assert as the default state of capitalism don't exist.
Most of the country doesn't have rent control, yet housing affordability is better. Austin saw nominal rent declines for multiple years during economic growth. Apartments aren't unmaintained for decades; you mainly ask your landlord to fix the dishwasher or in-unit laundry. There aren't wait lists or brokers, you just call the number on a listing, wire them some money, and move in immediately.
They even build new apartments all the time, anywhere it's legal, so much so that it's popular to complain online about being bored of the sight of the many similar apartment blocks investors are building all over the place. Renters complain about style fads, the proliferation of cheap luxury aesthetics, the unfashionable appliances.
The rental housing crisis only exists in a couple cities that have a multigenerational lock of leftist governance that are regulated like little historical preservation snowglobes where outsiders moving in are resented and you can't change or add anything to the built environment without multiple political approvals and interest group payoffs.
