ecom guy scaling brands to $5M+/month

i filtered gethookd to static ads in supplements, winning performance score, still running 14,976 ads came up, and this is just the first rows no video, no ugc, just a photo with one line on top the line does the selling > an offer, "buy 1 get 1 free" > a price, "3 for only $16" > a claim, "wait, they were right" i put the best of them into a guide with the exact line on each image and why i think it works comment "evergreen" and i'll send it over (follow to get the dm)

i've looked inside 80+ ecom ad accounts and the testing mistake is always the same they launch one ad, stare at it for 2 days, then kill it because they thought it would perform better mood swings with a budget the fix is so easy: > isolate one variable > launch it as a pack of 5, not a single ad > spend 2-3x your target cpa per variant before any verdict > write the kill rules down before launch so feelings don't vote there's an example in there of the exact same ad, same image, same copy, in two campaigns one died and the other kept running for months wrote the full framework up comment "test" and i'll send it (need to follow for dm)

"roas dropped overnight, is meta broken?" i get some version of this every week before you touch anything, check these in order takes about 15 minutes > the hook compare hook rate on your top 3 ads with last week if it fell, the ad got tired > frequency best ad above 3 or 4 on prospecting means most people have already seen it > cpm cpm jumped while ctr stayed flat that's the auction getting more expensive, normal when a big season starts > the page clicks holding, conversion rate down check the site, a broken discount code or a slow checkout can tank a whole day > the offer a competitor launched a bigger deal this week the market moved around your ad if none of those moved, zoom out to 7 days 2 bad days happen to every account the most common fix is also the worst one turning everything off and relaunching you reset learning and lose the ads that were still working diagnose first, then change one thing

most retargeting setups are still a maze of ad sets sliced by day windows with $5 budgets meta re-catches your visitors inside broad anyway now what's left to win is the message a warm person sees right before they buy they visited, maybe added to cart, then left usually one unanswered objection is standing in the way the setup i'd run > one retargeting campaign, visitors + engagers + add to carts, buyers excluded > 5-10% of total spend > same kill rule as cold, if it doesn't clear break even it goes > new creative once frequency passes 4-5 > links with the discount already applied then 4 messages that close warm traffic, starting with the objection killer wrote it all up with live bofu ads for each one link in the comments

same brand, same bottle, 3 ads running at the same time urapra sells a glycolic acid toner and every version is a hand, the bottle and one line of text > "things i wish i knew" > "reason: glycolic acid" one idea shot 3 ways that's basically how the big spenders test which one would you scale

this menopause ad has been live 224 days first line: "i was 49 when i just started feeling a bit off" most brands run fear hooks with no fix cheap cpm, then the funnel dies because nobody trusts the brand every fear ad that scales runs the same arc > fear > "not your fault" > the real cause > the fix the "not your fault" line is the part people skip it's what turns a scary hook into a buyer instead of a bounce this one hits all 4 beats in the first 20 seconds, then shows the product put together how to find the fear ads winning in your niche and rebuild them for your product, all live ads link in the comments

cloudsole's ad opens with "WARNING: Fake Insoles Everywhere" caption just says "copy us" they took the knockoffs and made them the hook if people copy you, you're probably the real one running since feb 28 every brand with a decent product has copycats and almost nobody puts that in an ad link in the comments for the ad + their 100 longest running ads

an animated ad used to cost $3-5k from a studio now it's $3-6 in ai credits and under an hour once it's set up and they're running. 3 cgi / cartoon doctor ads in health live 228, 234 and 238 days right now the boring mechanism bit ends up being the best part of the ad > claymation villains > x-ray inside the body shots > pixar style characters wrote up the formats, a full teardown and every prompt for the 7 steps rt + comment "ANIMATION" and i'll send it (follow for dm)

most of the ai image ads i see in ad accounts right now are burning money you can spot them instantly, too shiny, too perfect, nothing like a real winning static the problem isn't the tool. people just ask it for "a nice ad" instead of starting from ads that already make money we wrote a superprompt that starts from real winners rt + comment "IMAGE" and i'll send it (follow for dm)
