FOI request 1. How many complaints have you received in the last 12 months? 2. How many escalated complaints have you ignored in the last 12 months? The service you have given us has been appalling. I want to know who which Ombudsmen governs you?

Family run business Herby’s is moving out of Princes Quay after 27yrs to a unit about 60 yards down the road. They feel they’ve been pushed out with a high rent & they say the unit is now being advertised at cheaper than they were offered. @PrincesQuayHull full statement in pics
