We are looking for a hands-on brand and communications professional to shape how customers understand our products and bring that story to life in the U.S. market. You will develop brand messaging, lead major campaigns and launches, and build relationships with media, influential creators, brand partners while working closely with colleagues in China. ✨ What you will do • Develop our brand positioning, messaging framework, tone of voice, and communications strategy, translating AI and hardware capabilities into clear, credible customer benefits. • Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns and major product launches, aligning ideas, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and success measures across teams and partners. • Build and manage relationships with relevant media, reviewers, and high-impact creators (including YouTube), and coordinate briefings, review programs, product samples, and coverage opportunities. • Identify and execute brand partnerships, co-marketing opportunities, and other collaborations that connect HiDream with the right audiences. • Lead communications planning and project coordination for launch events and major brand moments, managing agencies and external partners as needed. • Partner with the China marketing team and channel owners to keep messaging consistent across content, social, retail, e-commerce, and DTC, then use audience and media feedback to improve future work. 🎯 What you bring • Experience in brand marketing, communications, PR, or integrated marketing for consumer technology, connected devices, or a closely related category. • A track record of taking campaigns or product launches from strategy through hands-on execution, with clear examples of your contribution and results. • A strong understanding of U.S. consumer audiences, media, and creator communities, and the ability to build meaningful relationships. • Excellent English writing, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical products in accessible, customer-focused language. • Strong project, budget, and partner management skills, and confidence working in an early-stage business across time zones. ⭐ Nice to have • Experience building a consumer brand or introducing a new hardware category. • Experience working with China-based product and commercial teams. • Experience marketing AI products or hardware with a software subscription offering. • Flexibility to collaborate across time zones.
