I randomly thought about Sylus being multilingual for purpose of making deals. Then, I remembered that both Sylus and Xavier are Philosian and can speak the language.
So, I imagine Sylus and Xavier arguing one day and Sylus suddenly switches to Philosian in the middle of it, which throws Xavier all the way off as he takes a moment to process what that bastard had said to him.
Even more astonishing is that Sylus is able to speak in Xavier’s regional dialect. So, before he can fully process the moment, Sylus flicks his index finger on Xavier’s forehead, which causes them to continue their heated argument in Philosian.
