Johnny Depp was “accused” of punching, slapping, kicking, headbutting and choking Amber Heard. A judge found that 12 of the 14 alleged assaults had been proven. Yet we collectively blamed her, called her a liar, mocked her trauma, and turned her into a punchline. Too this day people still idolized him and vilified her. The way we treated Amber Heard should genuinely haunt us.
