"Before lockdown in March 2020, the staff at Holyrood Astley were already my superheroes.
How they've adapted through this crisis and delivered the same level of care, attention and fun is nothing short of amazing"

Fantastic to see so many people showing their appreciation and support for the sector through #ThumbsUpForEarlyYears today!
It's vital that the government recognises the value of providers and supplies our sector with the testing kits & access to vaccinations that they need.

** PARENT UPDATE – England **
Dear Parents,
Following on from our communication yesterday where we suggested the opening of our English sites would commence from the 1st of June, sadly we will be delaying this until the 3rd of June to re-open our English sites.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we do not take this decision lightly. Due to shortage in PPE and delayed deliveries we feel it is essential to delay to the 3rd of June before. We will not open the nurseries until we are sure our staff have more than enough PPE.
Dear Parents, we are aware some local authorities have raised concerns about the re-opening of Schools on the 1st of June. Our nursery group works across numerous councils and authorities in England and Scotland, and from time to time the position they take varies.
Whilst we work closely with most councils and local authorities, we use official ‘Department for Education’ (DfE) guidance and policy to inform our decisions. Using the most recent publications and advice, Bertram Nursery Group has produced its own ‘Safe Operating Procedures’
as a basis for steering all safe working practice, which you can find through our website [bertramnurserygroup.com/safe…]. Thank you for your feedback and Stay safe. Bertram Nursery Group
