To avoid last-minute, long-wait appointments & potential gaps in ID validity, the city is continuing to urge residents to use the option to renew their Hawaiʻi driver’s licenses or state IDs up to 6 months before the expiration date.
By acting early, residents can secure an appointment at their convenience, avoid crowded locations & ensure their identification remains active without losing any time on their existing expiration date. Make an appointment at AlohaQ.org.
