'No side has ever scored more than Como's 19 in their first four games in European competition - only Queen's Park Rangers, in the 1976-77 Uefa Cup, can match that impressive haul' #QPR [via BBC Sport]

More frustrated by that than Southampton! A timid opposition we gave far too much respect to and got punished accordingly. We rightly praised Smyth up front against Swansea, but three matches in a row? If Obikwu didn’t eventually replaced him it would’ve been a farce. #QPR

#QPR seemingly approached fitness differently this season. Earlier preseason. More rotation. And yet three seasons in a row, we’re in the exact same boat. So at what point do you need to start looking deeper? Training pitch, staff, players you’re signing? It’s getting tedious!

Beaten by the better team. We’ll always struggle at the end of three game weeks until we get on top of our injuries (think I’d have taken a win, draw and loss before West Ham, Derby and Birmingham, mind). Loved Millar when he was on loan at PNE, top player at this level. #QPR

That was a diabolically easy watch. Was hard to tell whether it said more about them or us at 2-0, but QPR usually have a habit of making a meal of these kind of games and we barely had to get out of first gear. As if we STILL didn’t win with more possession though 🤣
