You are allowed to outgrow people, habits, and patterns. Even if they once felt like home
Growth sometimes feels like grief. But it is still growth.
#HopeNote
life is a mix of struggles and blessings.
Recognizing both can help us move forward with patience, compassion, and hope.
Happy Thanksgiving, from the HopeWay family to yours!
We’re extremely grateful for our community, clients, team, and everyone who believes in HopeWay’s mission. Thank you all for helping us bring hope and healing to those who need it most.
#HopeNote
When life feels heavy, focusing on what you’re thankful for can be a quiet anchor.
Even one small thing counts.
Burnout is real - especially this time of year.
Students and adults alike often feel extra pressure to wrap up assignments, finish projects, and push through packed schedules before the holidays.
If you’re feeling stretched thin, remember: it’s okay to pause.
#HopeNote
Peace begins the moment you stop fighting yourself and start listening and acting with compassion.
Today on #VeteransDay, we honor the brave individuals who have selflessly served our country, and thank all Veterans for their courage, resilience, and sacrifice.
If you know a Veteran who is struggling, please share this post with them.

You’ve overcome so much.
The same strength and courage that carried you through before is still within you now.
You lift us up.
Because of you, HopeWay is a place where healing happens. Each gift and act of support helps teens, adults, and families find strength, renewal, and hope through mental health treatment.

Your story matters.
Your experiences matter.
Your heart matters.
You belong in every circle you choose to enter.
#HopeNote
Peace begins the moment you stop fighting where you are, and accept that healing takes time.
You don’t have to have it all figured out, just take a breath and let that be enough for today.
#HopeNote
You are not alone.
Your feelings are valid.
Your story matters
Is it ADHD, or just “teen behavior”?
ADHD is one of the more common (and misunderstood) mental health conditions teens face. Erin Dos Reis LCSW, Clinical Director of HopeWay’s Teen Mental Health Program, breaks down what ADHD really looks like and what parents can do to help.
#HopeNote
Allow yourself to be present.
Take a deep breath, notice what’s around you, and remember that this moment is enough.
You are enough.
