older generations had something we will never get back. time. bad news traveled slow. by the time fear reached you half the problems had already resolved themselves. the world was heavy but it moved at a human pace. they had places to disappear to. a corner of the world where nothing could reach them. we have wars updating in real time. ai reshaping everything faster than we can process it. notifications that make sure global anxiety lands in your pocket before your morning coffee. there is nowhere to go anymore. every corner of the world is connected to every problem in the world. and we are expected to just carry it all and function normally.

People are waking up to what's happening around them and starting to see who the real problem is. As a result, a new, artificially engineered problem will emerge to divert everyone's attention.

RE-POSTING THIS BECAUSE JACK LEVIN HID IT AND BLOCKED ME. Dear @mrJackLevin, I see you hinging all of your recent arguments on "2023 is no longer valid". The problem (and the thing you don't seem to get) is: people already invested money based on your early statements. The core issue is change to burn token allocation. I don't really care that much about all the other changes (changing to a Solana fork, asking SEC for approval, etc). You and XEN TZU said there would be “no team allocation” (see image 1) and that XEN burning events would make up ~70% of the token allocation. We expected those agreements to be kept, since many of us *invested* based on those pieces of information. We can't go back in time and un-buy the tokens. And yet you can change the rules. If you wanted a piece of the pie from the start, that would have been fine and you should’ve said so, so we could’ve invested accordingly. I personally would not have bought any tokens if I had known the $XN burn pie slice was to be so much smaller. You haven't explicity stated what the new burn allocation will be for $XN tokens, but it's easy to see that it will be considerably less than originally promised-- again, a reason many of us originally bought $XEN-ecosystem tokens. (see image 2 for rough math demonstrating this) These retroactive changes now take from the $XN burn pie slice, but we already bought the tokens. This is why the VC addition is shocking-- because of the reduction of the burn allocation. That would have been fine if a VC funding allocation and dev allocation were stated up front. But many of us bought tokens thinking that was explicitly *not* a part of the plan. The point is: many of us bought tokens with the stated rules but then the rules were changed, affecting the very tokens we bought and the reason we bought them. That is why it’s a bait and switch. The excuse that "a lot of time has passed so it's fine that we broke promises" is backwards logic. This just means the project additionally took way too long, causing further economic damage to the highly inflationary $XEN token holders (the ones who invested based on your statements), *on top of* the negative changes to $XN burn allocations for the upcoming X1 blockchain. So, please stop claiming 2023 is some kind of protective defense for changing the rules after the fact. It's not. People put their money to work based on your statements back then. Therefore, you should keep your word. Since you have decided not to keep your word, it makes the $XN token distribution dishonest to those who invested money based on your words. You should honor your word once given. --- The fact that you hid the above post and claimed I was "making shit up" (image 3) even though I shared direct quotes, and chose not to respond, is rather telling. You don't have a good rebuttal, so blocking and silencing (censorship) was your response (image 4). I would have been totally fine to be corrected on anything I got wrong, but again, I shared quotes, so that seems unlikely.

🚀 2025 Is a Bull Market Year, just like 2021 and 2017! The market makers have done an excellent job of making you doubt this every single day. Through constant news cycles, price fluctuations, and conflicting analyses, their goal is clear: to keep you hesitant, unsure, and on the sidelines. One of the biggest traps in this cycle is the obsessive focus on interest rates. In a bull market year, this becomes a fatal distraction. Meanwhile, Bitcoin and Ethereum now benefit from ETFs, and other cryptocurrencies might soon follow. On top of that, Gary Gensler has been removed, the new White House administration is pro-crypto, and internal threats within the industry—like past regulatory pressures—are no longer a major concern. But that’s not the point here... ⚠️ The trap of “cheap money” A common belief among retail investors is that significant capital will flow into the market only when interest rates drop. The idea is simple: “cheaper money” means easier access to loans, and many assume this will align with the market’s bullish trajectory. However, this belief is a well-crafted trap set by market makers. The truth is that these players operate with massive amounts of capital and do not rely on traditional bank loans to fuel market pumps. Instead, they use short-term loans, collateralized with blockchain assets, to accumulate aggressively while the market appears “dead” to the average retail investor. 💡 How the market cycle manipulation works 1. Market makers accumulate – Using their own liquidity and blockchain-backed loans, they buy aggressively when interest in the market is low, all while spreading FUD to keep retail investors hesitant and on the sidelines. 2. Artificially inflating the market – As prices rise, public attention slowly shifts back to crypto. This process is perfectly synchronized with signals from the Fed, creating the illusion of a natural market recovery. 3. Retail enters too late – Average Joe only dares to invest once interest rates drop, believing it’s a clear signal that it’s now a “safe” entry point. 4. Smart money exits – Retail investors, taking loans at lower interest rates, provide the perfect exit liquidity for big players who already pumped the market when no one was paying attention. Those waiting for “cheap money” to enter crypto are playing right into the market makers’ hands. The 2025 bull market is already here, and those who understand cycles know that real opportunities don’t come when everyone sees them—they come before the majority reacts. I can feel this from the way the community interacts with my posts—many are scared and see something negative in the Fed pausing rate cuts. But the real opportunity lies in accumulating during this phase, so there’s something to sell when the real moment comes. I know, it feels counterintuitive—but that’s exactly the point. Remember? Crypto is for everyone, but not everyone makes money. Smart money doesn’t mean moving with the crowd—it means acting when everyone else is distracted. 💡 Crypto narratives are just smoke and mirrors designed to distract from the only thing that truly matters: PROFIT. Of course, this is not financial advice. I don’t want to hear complaints if my predictions or observations don’t come true. That’s not the purpose of my posts – I’ll block anyone who hurls insults if things don’t unfold as I’ve said. What I share here are just my ideas, observations meant to offer you a comparative perspective that many don’t have the time to build. This is not a price prediction, nor is it a life-or-death gamble. If you don’t understand this, you have no place in crypto, let alone in my community. If you find this content helpful, I’d greatly appreciate your support for my project by following @sankivraja sankivraja.com

How Libra Was Killed. I never shared this publicly before, but since @pmarca opened the floodgates on @joerogan’s pod, it feels appropriate to shed more light on this. As a reminder, Libra (then Diem) was an advanced, high-performance, payments-centric blockchain paired with a stablecoin that we built with my team at @Meta. It would’ve solved global payments at scale. Prior to announcing the project, we spent months briefing key regulators in DC and abroad. We then announced the project in June 2019 alongside 28 companies. Two weeks later, I was called to testify in front of both the Senate Banking Committee and the House Financial Services Committee, which was the starting point of two years of nonstop work and changes to appease lawmakers and regulators. By spring of 2021 (yes they slow played us at every step), we had addressed every last possible regulatory concern across financial crime, money laundering, consumer protection, reserve management, buffers, and so much more, and we were ready to launch. We had worked on a slow rollout of a limited pilot that some members of the Fed’s Board of Governors were supportive of. At last, Chair Jay Powell was ready to let us move forward in a limited way. The story, as I heard it, is that Jay Powell was told by Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen at one of their biweekly meetings that allowing this project to move forward was “political suicide,” and she would not have his back if he let it happen. I wasn’t in the room when this conversation happened, so take these words with a grain of salt, but effectively this was the moment Libra was killed. Shortly thereafter, the Fed organized calls with all the participating banks, and the Fed’s general counsel read a prepared statement to each of them, saying: “We can’t stop you from moving forward and launching, but we are not comfortable with you doing so.” And just like that, it was over. One essential point is worth making here. There was no legal or regulatory angle left for the government or regulators to kill the project. It was 100% a political kill—one that was executed through intimidation of captive banking institutions. That was the hardest part of this story for me personally. Not that we had failed, but that America, this country I immigrated to and became a proud citizen of because of its rule of law and value system, behaved in such a way for political reasons. It was a very tough pill to swallow. The bright side of the story, though, was the many learnings from this wild ride. By the end of the project, we had made so many concessions to get a thumbs-up that the whole design of the network became a Frankenstein of our initial ambitions. We also learned the biggest lesson of all, which is that if you’re trying to build an open money grid for the world—eventually moving trillions of dollars a day, designed to be here 100 years from now—you have to build it on the most neutral, decentralized, unassailable network and asset, which, hands down, is Bitcoin. And now this is what many of us who went through this scarring journey are building together at @Lightspark. And this time, we won’t stop until we get it done!
