Barclays is replacing 5000 humans with AI agents. If all companies did this, how many humans will be left with enough money to use the services of these stupid banks? All of them somehow count on other firms keeping human employees, but it will be the governments left holding the bag. But even the governments—where are they going to get the tax revenue to feed the unemployed? Oh, yeah, these same companies who fired us because they didn’t want to pay us to work will now be happy to pay us to sit home, by paying higher taxes to the government. How dumb do they fucking think we all are?!!!
