Unlike other producers, we grow most of our Ryeland lambs slowly to produce hogget lamb, over a year in age, which gives it a more intense flavour. Just one of the many steps we take to produce meat which is in a class of its own🍽️

Did you know #RyelandLamb is known as "the sweet meat of Herefordshire"? The breed was developed in the Ross-on-Wye area and is true to its name, providing a wonderfully sweet but intense flavour and tender meat that makes it in very high demand.

5kg box of Middle White pork containing: - a 1.5kg Middle White pork roasting joint on the bone which will feed 5-6 - 8 Middle White pork chops weighing about 1.2kg in total - a Middle White pork belly joint, flat or boned and rolled or in strips which will serve 4 - 4 packs of 6 Middle White pork sausages. The cost is £75.

Longhorn beef - Sirloin. A whole sirloin (bone in) weighs about 10-13 kg and will produce about 30 incomparable steaks. You can order a whole, a half or a third of a sirloin. Your piece can then either be left whole or cut into joints or steaks or a combination of the two. For instance, a third of a sirloin will yield 10 steaks or 5 steaks and a roasting joint of about 2 kg which will feed about 6 people. Steaks can be supplied bone in or boned. Joints can be supplied bone in or boned and rolled. Our Longhorn sirloin is priced at £24.20/kg on the bone.
