This thing snuck up on me @kroger
It's "scanning inventory on the shelves"
I wonder what all else it's doing?
What do you think about this robot?
RT @realStevenMcK: I'm a firm believer in hedging my bets.
So I made sure to vote on my way home from picking up 30 more of these.

Needed a couple days away from the X universe lol. Actually I took a couple days off from social media in general. With that being said, here’s a little timeline cleanse.

HOLY COW
This needs to break the Internet.
@JamesOKeefeIII went to Alaska during the primary on August 18th
& Election Day Workers were ready to hand him Brian Murkowski’s ballot!
Brian Murkowski is the bother of Senator Lisa Murkowski.
Yes, the same Senator AGAINST the SAVE America Act — who won’t support photo voter ID & proof of citizenship to vote.
You can’t make this up!
If you live in Alaska, please share this with everyone you know & ask them to peacefully call, email, & contact Senator Murkowski’s office.
Please also make a plan to vote ✅ YES to Ballot Measure 2 to DEFEAT Ranked Choice Voting this November.
This is a massive, earth-shattering story.
Our elections aren’t secure & the Senate is doing nothing about it.

Yes, Piers, you are, in fact, an idiot.
You're also an enemy to humanity.

Please DO NOT take this as an indication that I put any stock in @AP.
They are trash, imo.
However...
Please, please DO take this as an indication of the true nature of the "Religion of Peace (ahem, ☪️)" that we keep hearing about every single day.

FDR mobilized millions of Americans to plant billions of trees, ultimately saving the nation’s declining forests.
In 1933, during the height of the Great Depression, President Franklin D. Roosevelt established the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC). This ambitious program aimed to aid both a generation of struggling young men and the country’s neglected public lands.
From 1933 to 1942, the voluntary initiative enlisted more than three million unemployed men between the ages of 18 and 25. They were sent to isolated wilderness camps where, under structured, military style supervision, they constructed trails, built bridges, and battled wildfires. In exchange, participants received housing, food, and a monthly allowance of $30, with $25 of that amount sent directly to support their families back home.
The lasting impact of this Tree Army is still evident throughout the United States. CCC members planted nearly three billion trees, accounting for roughly half of all reforestation efforts in American history up to that point. They also developed essential infrastructure in more than 800 state and national parks.
When the program concluded as the United States entered World War II, many of these fit young men shifted from tools to military service. Today, the stone structures and extensive trail networks they created continue to form the foundation of America’s park systems, illustrating the enduring benefits of investing in both people and the natural environment.
