Kraken's parent Payward plans CFTC-regulated perps for US clients on Hyperliquid via HIP-3. Pending approval.
If it ships, new traders could touch Hyperliquid order books without opening the app.
More flow, more signals. That's why we're building HyperPulse.
$HYPE #Hyperliquid
Volume ranks venues. Open interest shows who stays in the trade.
Hyperliquid core perps, Oct 27 13:33 UTC (HL API):
OI ~$11.2B
24h volume ~$4.6B
Positioning, not just turnover. The number we're building HyperPulse around.
Which venue here gets your overnight position?
Put together a perp DEX tier list, here's where i'd actually trade and what i'd skip
S tier:
@HyperliquidX ~$208B in 30-day volume, 3x more than anyone else, and half the DEXes on this list run on top of it anyway
@variational_io biggest perp DEX with no token yet, zero fees, stocks and commodities, and a 32% $VAR airdrop coming in Q4
@Lighter_xyz zero fees, $LIT is live, and they're working on getting into Robinhood
A tier:
@entropyIO the spot to trade Anthropic before the IPO, leverage just went up to 12x, and it pays rebates in $HYPE without even having a token
@tradexyz does almost all the HIP-3 volume on Hyperliquid, this is where people trade stocks and indices onchain
@TxFlow_L1 is its own chain built just for trading, no tokens for investors
B tier:
@Aster_DEX massive volume, but I want to see who sticks around once the incentives are gone
@edgeX_exchange nothing that makes it stand out
@hibachi_xyz decent product with points, still early
@QFEX US stocks and commodities 24/7 with up to 50x, nice idea but still small
C tier:
@OfficialApeXdex perps plus prediction markets on polymarket liquidity, cool combo that hasn't taken off
@avantisfi only takes fees when you're in profit, which is smart, but volume is way behind
@bulktrade runs inside a solana validator, but a $2M trade once printed BTC at $123K there, so I'll wait
D tier:
@dYdX used to be the king, now does around $5M a day
@GMX_IO @paradex @perpltrade @risextrade honestly no reason to pick them over anything above
F tier:
@DriftProtocol volume is basically zero
@StandX_Official already shut down
@papertrade_xyz revenue went from $23M at the peak to $83K a day after they broke their own token
which one would you farm?

Most traders don't lose on bad ideas.
They lose on missing the moment.
Funding flips, OI jumps, a 30-day low getting retested: the signal is usually there hours early.
We're building HyperPulse to put it in your Telegram. Not live yet, still building.
A simple way to read a 30-day range:
$HYPE spent the month between ~74 and ~95.
Near the bottom = buyers get tested.
Near the top = sellers get tested.
Middle = mostly noise.
Where do you think it goes next?
In the 24h to Monday midday, Hyperliquid perps did ~$3.7B in volume.
$BTC alone was ~$1.81B, close to half of it.
When BTC dominates the tape like that, alts usually follow its lead. We're building HyperPulse to flag when one breaks away.
Over the 7 days to Monday, $HYPE funding sat exactly at baseline in 113 of 168 hours.
The rest dipped below, down to -0.0036%/h at one point. Never above.
Shorts kept leaning in while price ground sideways. Fuel, or a fair read? #Hyperliquid
I don't need to catch every move.
I need to not miss the ones I planned for.
That's the whole reason we're building HyperPulse.
Open interest, simply:
It's the total value of perp positions still open.
Price up + OI up = new money joining.
Price up + OI down = shorts closing.
Same chart, different story. We're building HyperPulse to point out which one is happening.
Bitcoin tagged ~$84,850 on Hyperliquid on Oct 21. Three days later it wicked to ~$79,184, and it hovered near $80K on Monday.
A ~6.7% drop from high to low in days. Normal chop or a warning?
Alerts on moves like that are what we're building HyperPulse for. #Hyperliquid
$WLD funding on Hyperliquid flipped negative for much of the day before Monday midday, as low as -0.00235%/h, while majors sat at the 0.00125% baseline.
Shorts paying longs. Squeeze setup or fair bearishness?
HyperPulse is being built to flag flips like this.
New to perps? One habit that helps:
Before you open a trade, write down where you're wrong.
Not where you hope it goes. Where you get out.
We're building HyperPulse so the market can tap you on the shoulder when price nears that line.
$HYPE printed a 30-day low near 74.36 on Oct 24, then dipped to ~74.83 on Monday without breaking it. The 30-day high was ~95.
Double bottom forming, or just a pause before lower?
We're building HyperPulse to alert on retests like this one.
All I've been doing lately is accumulating $HYPE
Every cycle I buy what I like and wait
Sometimes I'm right, sometimes I'm wrong
Funding in plain words:
If longs crowd in, they pay shorts.
If shorts crowd in, they pay longs.
On Hyperliquid the resting rate is 0.00125% per hour (~11% a year). Far from that = the crowd is leaning hard one way.
We're building HyperPulse to flag those drifts.
How concentrated is Hyperliquid open interest? Snapshot from Monday:
$1B+ OI: 3 perps
$100M+: 10
$10M+: 45
$1M+: 117
Total listed: 234
BTC, ETH and $HYPE alone held ~68% of ~$11.1B.
We're building HyperPulse to flag when that mix shifts.
Most traders don't lose because they're wrong. They lose because they're late. A liquidation wave or a whale entry you see 10 minutes after the fact is just news.
That's why we're building HyperPulse around alerts.
