IMIG collaborated with NSIG to hold our on-campus JC on the CHANCE clinical trial! The session featured Dr Sara Khan, Head of Neurology at AKUH. The session proved highly interactive and an important insight into future stroke management. Hope to see you all at future events!
Yesterday, IMIG held a talk with Dr. Zohair Ahmed, an interventional gastroenterologist and interviewer for the UIC IM residency program. He discussed Step 1, the importance of research, application tips, interview tips, and much more, followed by an interactive Q&A session.

On 4th June, in collaboration with Pediatrics For Life (PFL), we hosted the second episode of our MedSearch series with Dr. Zehra Fadoo, Chair of the Department of Oncology at AKUH, who helped us understand more about common paediatric cancers!
Last week, we held our first episode of the MedSearch series with Dr. @MoosajeeMunira ,Associate Professor of Oncology at AKUH, who provided insight into clinical trials assessing the effectiveness of the drug “Pembrolizumab” against non-small cell carcinoma of the lung!!
