IRC Workers Unite

We're showing up to the bargaining table today ready to let management know we are united in our fight for a better workplace! #solidarity #unionstrong

We will never stop fighting for each other, our clients, and our communities. Solidarity.

Annnnnd another one! Staff of the IRC Turlock office are joining our movement to build a better IRC for all of us and our clients. ✊ We call on IRC management to swiftly grant our peers in Turlock voluntary recognition.

We refuse to leave anyone behind in our fight for a better IRC. Stand in solidarity with us by sending a letter to demand IRC HQ stops attempting to keep our eligible colleagues out of their rightful place in our union!👇 actionnetwork.org/petitions/…

From Dallas to Abilene to Atlanta, we stand together. Organize the South ✊

Solidarity means ALL of us. We will always stand with our refugee communities. ✊

BREAKING: We have won voluntary recognition of our union in the IRC Abilene office! The work we do in West Texas has never been more important. By forming our union with @OPEIU_277, we take our seat at the table. See our full statement below:

International Rescue Committee workers across the country are organizing for the respect, dignity, and security that we, and our clients deserve. We are so proud to stand shoulder to shoulder with our peers in Oakland and San Jose! We're stronger together ✊ @ircwudenver

We are the workers of IRC Abilene. Last week, we announced our supermajority support for forming our union and requested voluntary recognition from @RESCUEorg We gave management a deadline of July 31st at 5pm. As of now, we have received NO response. (🧵)
