I still remember one egbon like this who was a fresh graduate dating one girl in S.S.3. He paid for her WAEC & JAMB and even her tuition fees when she eventually got into the university. There was nothing this egbon didn't do for the lady & her family. Man even sold his car when the girl's mother fell ill to pay for her surgery and other expenses. In the end? As soon as the girl graduated, she hooked up with a Yahoo boy she had been dating in her 300 level behind egbon's back. Egbon got to find out about the Yahoo boyfriend on the very day of her graduation when he went with a bottle of wine and cake, while Yahoo boy gifted his girlfriend a brand new Toyota. END.
