Apollo 17 - Eugene Cernan
A drawing (and a painting) on a 50x50 cm paper, ~35 hours

finished my first campaign a couple weeks ago in korea, so the adriatic sea is where I've been busy since then
I like the funny night edit (you would not see anything out of it otherwise)
Started this drawing a couple years ago, now it's finally finished
Apollo 16 Commander John Young training in December 1971
been modelmaking for almost 6 years now, on the left a Skyhawk from 2019, and on the right my latest attempt of the same kit
it's a slow progress getting better at this hobby, now back to pondering what to build next (and post the rest of the Skyhawk pics)
have some Phantom II pictures, I posted more on the other photo app
there's three more models I'm yet to photograph, also making progress on the Bronco
Kiitos Lapin lennosto, Ilmasotakoulu, ja erityisesti kaikki palvelustoverit kuluneesta vuodesta, parempaa ei olisi voinut pyytää. Te teitte tästä vuodesta ikimuistoisen, sillä mitään tänä vuonna ei koettu yksin, vaan yhdessä.
ILMAVAUK:n ja Lapin lennoston paras apumekaanikko 🫡

One more day of service left, got an award for the best assistant mechanic at Lapland Air Command
Home tomorrow 😌
Why draw a Twin Huey once when you can draw it twice? Here's an HH-1N from MCAS Yuma
Love the doorless config with this livery, and it's got two blades so it sounds great as well 😌
NCO course has come to an end, so today included a promotion and an award for the best student on the flight technical course.
That's also the end of my service at the Finnish Air Force Academy, moving on to the real action at the Arctic circle for the rest of the year 😊
