All of a sudden I start having all these other things.” “Then at the end of my career, I started lifting like I did in high school and college and stuff, and I’m like, ‘Oh, I feel good.’ But my body done already had that wear and tear. It was over with.” “And now I lift like we did when I was in college. Now my knees don’t hurt. Now I feel good. And I’m like, ‘I’m 40.’ It ain’t pointless because you’re trying to be healthy forever. But while you’re in the league, that stuff do matter. I should have been lifting like I was in college.”
