The worst part about feeling this crap is going to be hitting the upswing, knowing that if history is to mean anything, it'll be a week until I'm feeling shit again, but just having to try and avoid that and make the most of not feeling awful for the limited time.
Got to have not even a week of not feeling miserable and we're back to it. Really seeing how many "it is what it is"'s I have in me at this point.

It's been kinda nice realising I'm more willing to take random photos of myself. Not all of them get shared, and I'll look at many of them and go "Damn lmao I look a mess here deleting that asap" but the idea of taking a pic of myself two years or so ago was an awful idea.
