We are living in a society that is increasingly tolerant of diversity. However, I'd like to see more people being appreciated for owning their mental disorders and learning disabilities. Cognitive diversity is just as worthy of respect and celebration as other forms of diversity.

My answer to everything these days is just read @CCriadoPerez 's book Invisible Women. This is NOT a discussion about whether male doctors/judges/lawyers/engineers care about women equally. It's about whether they KNOW about sexes and genders equally. And they just don't.
