My favorite statistic to mention to COVID denialists is this:
In 2019, 2,852,609 people died, total in the US.
In 2020, 3,332,482 people died, total in the US.
Suicide rates dropped 6% in 2020.
Traffic fatalities by 2%.
Something has to explain the gap.
