Forests aren't just restored, they're lived in. Now in its 4th year, MegLIFE is a @jica_direct-funded project managed by @mbda_meghalaya, covering 500 villages in Meghalaya.
CDFI supports the project by tracking progress, helping 38,000+ households build #SustainableLivelihoods.
MegLIFE's results so far: 11,000+ hectares of degraded land restored, 417 community nurseries established, and 35 lakh seedlings produced annually, creating new livelihoods for rural communities across #Meghalaya.
