Spiraling into a desperation of what I can eat and what I should not eat based on my cholesterol and every head feels like a stroke. Disordered eating has me going in loops. Oy.
Anyone else upset that @KUWTK always misgenders Caitlyn Jenner? It’s the basic non and they can’t do it.
Pretty bad at this whole work/life balance and my pain is just my body saying I’m doing too much. But I can’t slow down.
Ahhhhh fuck people saying the variants aren’t so bad…I’m still in constant pain everyday due to long term covid.
Reuniting with fam when having insecure attachments isn’t fun! Bracing myself for critiques on my body, my skin, my relationship, and overall my lifestyle is perhaps the most anxiety inducing thing I experience.
