Well, Charles Barkley is retiring from Inside the NBA too. This is his final year.
No Ernie means no Chuckster.
Once those two retire, NBA television coverage is going to be nothing but a goon squad. End of an era.

Nothing will EVER top Ernie’s reaction to the Knicks’ 29-Point comeback in Game 4 of the 2026 NBA Finals:

Easily my favorite Ernie Johnson moment.
Shaq’s face and Kenny’s immediate “oh wow” always cracks me up

Ernie Johnson is the goat. This was a highlight in my career and I wasn’t even there. Love you EJ.

For like a 6 month period in 2000 Tajiri was the single best wrestler in the world. Also more wrestlers should've tried to kill the ECW audience like this.

Kessler is up to 10 dunks towards 22 points ... Dave Pasch said on the ESPN broadcast that it's the most dunks by a Laker since Shaq in 2003.

Halloween & Halloween II Double Feature — USA Network TV Spot (1996) 📺🎃
Back when cable still felt like a late-night discovery channel and USA Network would drop the original 1978 Halloween straight into Halloween II for one unbroken night of Haddonfield. The spot opens on a carved pumpkin glowing next to the Shape, then cuts through Loomis, Laurie, and that cold blue hospital light while the voiceover deadpans: maybe Michael Myers is just misunderstood… maybe he has trouble making friends… maybe his mom never calls… or maybe he’s just a monster. On Halloween he came back. Halloween and Halloween II, only on USA. Coming up next.
Peak mid-90s network promo energy—grainy film clips, that parental-discretion sting, the silver USA star logo over autumn leaves, and zero irony. No recap, no “previously on,” just the promise that the Shape was about to walk again right after whatever sitcom had just ended. For a lot of 90s horror kids this was the first time both films played back-to-back on basic cable, the version that still felt like forbidden late-night viewing even with the commercial breaks. 🎃🍂🍫

During the final WWE on Spike TV broadcast, censors had to work extra hard to mute USA Network references and USA signs in the crowd.
