Test the #problem, not just its #solution.
Since a software product is a solution to a problem, testing shouldn't just challenge the solution but also the problem. So, don't just ask "Is there a better solution to this problem?", also ask "Is there a better problem to solve?" To see if there's a better problem to solve, try reframing it.
