You remember those idiots in the National Assembly screaming that Obasanjo spent $16b on the power sector? It was least than one quarter of that, but they were working as part of a larger OPPOSITION cartel to SABOTAGE the man's efforts. They saw what he did with Telecoms, and were determined, along with Western powers, time sure that the same did not happen in the power sector. Just go back and look at the loudest voices against Obasanjo at the time, those in charge of Customs and Excuse, and you will know the true enemies of Nigerians and the people controlling them.
