You saw ‘HBCU’ and ‘NAACP’ and somehow diagnosed a political affiliation. No registration. No endorsement. No statement. Just Black institutions and your own assumptions.
Then you added ‘Imagine that’ like you’d cracked Watergate. Baby, the only thing you exposed was yourself.
Jayden Williams, 23, became Stockbridge, Georgia’s youngest mayor in January 2026 after winning at age 22. The city council ousted him last weekend.
Reason: about $4,000 in personal city-card spending plus sexually suggestive texts and photos with an 18-year-old student in his mentorship program. Police found no crime (the student was a legal adult). He said the texts were sent before he took office and the charges were mistakes. No criminal charges. A special election is coming.
He did not run as a Democrat, but his background as an NAACP youth leader and HBCU attendee suggests he leans Democrat. Imagine that.
