ALT UNDERSTANDING ATHLETE TRANSITIONS This unique qualification is delivered by academics and practitioners, expert in athlete transitions. Learners will develop both theoretical knowledge and practical application. Topics covered: Transition theory · educational transitions · athlete migration · junior to senior transition · performance pathway transitions · athletic retirement · transitions specific to certain populations (e.g., para-athletes). ALT TASS Learning UNDERSTANDING ATHLETE TRANSITIONS (UAT)​ This Level 3 award provides learners with an understanding of the transitions that athletes may face across their careers. It focuses on the demands and challenges experienced by athletes, and the support they may require.
