I want this to be a playable character - what system can support playing as a huge big giant?

#TTRPGbackstoryhaiku #ttrpg @Judd_of_Kryos @InspirationGoat 'Renga' now, really? Here is a friend or enemy of the young, carefree former ruler of the Sword Sky, below; rather Dune-derived, but in tt games it works to pull from stuff that brings with it the flavour you want
#TTRPG #TTRPGbackstoryhaiku #DnD any game, any pic, it doesn't have to be a good poem as long as it says something about the character. @InspirationGoat or @Judd_of_Kryos for more info, it's his idea

#TTRPGbackstoryhaiku #TTRPGs this one is a 'friend or enemy' for our space-jet pilot:
"Our shockwave blew through/ Their sun like a bullet through/ A light bulb. Just, gone"
What do you think - is this squadron leader going to be a problem? @Judd_of_Kryos @InspirationGoat
#TTRPGbackstoryhaiku #TTRPG @InspirationGoat @Judd_of_Kryos Space-jet-guilt backstory. That's a backstory, right? A backstory is a springboard for what you will say at the table. Does it need characterisation? Hmmm...

An enemy? Or could he be a friend? Also, what game or setting could these people be played in?
#TTRPGbackstoryhaiku #DnD my month of backstory haiku continues with one that isn't really a backstory? But it's got an energy you could play at the table, so it's in. What else is a backstory for? @InspirationGoat @Judd_of_Kryos it's his idea

#TTRPGbackstoryhaiku #DnD #ttrpg does a backstory need to go back before the party met at an inn? Can a character's story just start right there, behind the bar? @Judd_of_Kryos @InspirationGoat

#TTRPGbackstoryhaiku #ttrpg #DnD #characterdesign @Judd_of_Kryos @InspirationGoat expanding on the backstories of characters I've made up in this month of backstories seems fun, so here's the first 'friend or foe'.
Everyone can grab a pic from anywhere and chip in with your own!

this witchy frog is the friend or enemy of this armoured frog from earlier on the month: but which is it? @Judd_of_Kryos @InspirationGoat

In re: racism in #ttrpgs, this is my Viking game's message to the racist element among the Asatru. I've got in on the Table of Contents page, right where everyone will see it.
I think ttrpgs now need to actively wave the anti-racism flag and make it clear where they stand.

I have plenty of room in my calendar next month for interviews about Brindlewood Bay, and I want to get that space filled. Let me know if you’d like to chat! Our campaign runs through May 30th.

This was a *fabulous* interview. Definitely give it a listen.
Brindlewood Bay, the cozy murder mystery RPG, just launched on @Kickstarter and is already burning through stretch goals. We are kicking off season 9 of the podcast with an interview with the game’s designer @jasoncordova6. 3w6-podcast.com/podcast/2022…
