Today's Spanish WOTD is not a word but a fun fact: when Mexicans are trying to make a Spanish word into an English word, they jokingly add "-ation" to the end (like Americans add "-o" to an English word to make it sound like Spanish). Not sure if other Spanish speakers do this?

Et juste comme ça, j'apprends que je suis 方向音痴
Replying to @Gokaido
De manière générale, 音痴 (onchi) peut faire référence à une inaptitude, notamment quand on a pas l'oreille musicale. Dans le genre utile, on aura aussi 方向音痴 (hōkō onchi), pour désigner quelqu'un qui n'a aucun sens de l'orientation (moi sur twitch devant mon public médusé)

English has many pairs of words where '-th' was once added to make a noun out of the other, like 'width' and 'wide'. My favourites are the ones for which the link may not be obvious now, like: - 'mirth' and 'merry' - 'drought' and 'dry' - 'filth' and 'foul' - 'sloth' and 'slow'
