The scene before this already showed Sita throwing her jewellery. Ravana completed it by throwing the last one just to show he doesn’t fear lord Rama. This scene shows Ravana’s ego 🤦🏻♂️ watch the movie before writing nonsense on social media. #Ramayana
Ravana casually breaking and throwing Sita Mata’s jewellery himself, apparently to leave clues for Lord Rama to follow! But in Valmiki Ramayana, it was Sita Mata who dropped her ornaments while being abducted, hoping Rama would find them and trace her.🤷 why rewrite what Valmiki had already written so beautifully? When cinematic creativity starts rewriting the original Ramayana, is it artistic freedom or unnecessary distortion?

Then, with zero self awareness, attempts to justify it

#Ramayana… the sheer scale of the film and the visuals on the big screen are spectacular to watch.
Ranbir as Rama, especially from the Vanavasam onwards, is serene yet magnificent. Yash brings a menacing presence as Ravana, while Sai Pallavi is graceful as Sita. The pre-climax and climax… loved every bit of it.
Congratulations @malhotra_namit, @niteshtiwari22 and the entire team on bringing such an ambitious vision so beautifully to the screen. 🙏

Accepting roles, working in South Indian cinema, gaining recognition and opportunities here, and then years later criticising the same industry, its stories and cultural traditions is becoming an unfortunate pattern.
Every actor has the right to express an opinion. But there is a difference between constructive criticism and selectively looking down upon an industry that welcomed you.
#Telugucinema and #SouthIndian cinema have their own cultural identity, traditions and storytelling values. What may seem unusual to someone from another region can be perfectly normal within our culture.
Respect should be mutual. You cannot celebrate the opportunities and later disrespect the culture behind them.
Constructive criticism is always welcome. Selective criticism and cultural superiority are not.
Respect the industry that respected you.
