Where was your outrage when Haitians were going through all this suffering? Now, the moment a glimmer of hope appears for the Haitian people, you suddenly start waving the human rights and humanitarian flags. Human rights matter, of course. But they must never become a tool for selective outrage. We have suffered enough, cried enough, and buried enough of our people. If President Nayib Bukele is willing to help Haiti fight the gangs, then let him. We don’t need your pity. We need solutions. Let us breathe. Let us defend our country and reclaim our security. Enough with the double standards, the moral lectures, and the articles written by people who seem completely disconnected from the harsh reality Haitians face every single day. We are tired of your hypocrisy. Leave Haiti alone and let us fight for our future.
