I have literally lost a right. I have no right to exist in single-sex spaces of either sex.
If I use the men's hospital ward, as transphobes want trans women like me to, and a man there objects to my presence, or if the hospital thinks someone MIGHT object to my presence, the EHRC guidance says that I can be excluded from the male single sex space.
If I can be excluded from an NHS ward at the whim of a random bigot, my healthcare is not a right I am entitled to, it's a privilege, that I can enjoy only until someone else decides I no longer deserve it.
