38-year-old Palestinian journalist Mohammed Al-Najjar has been killed by an Israeli strike. The Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ) reports that, as of September 24, 2026, Israel is responsible for the deaths of 241 journalists and media workers since October 7, 2023.
