and here is my test jig - first for me. In particular, I found a nice 8pos pogo pin header on digikey, much easier to work with than individual pogo pins.

Spent two hours debugging custom-built test jig. Changed the software 3 times, boards, the LED strip used for output... Final culprit? bridge between two pins of regular 0.1" header! And this after 6 years of soldering, down to 0.5mm pitch 48tqfp...

Oh, really? did I somehow followed 5000 accounts (or 400 a day) without noticing? Or did someone just put buggy code in production?
