And this is why I will now forever be done w/ @uber & @ubereats. I ordered what I needed to get free delivery using my Venmo card. The store was out & 5 items were removed from my order. I still paid for the 2 they did have.

Free delivery was reversed, the service charge increased, and now the delivery driver won’t get their tip. The store being out of the items I needed was not my fault. I’ve had so many issues with @uber and @ubereats recently that now it’s up at @lyft and @doordash!

They do absolutely nothing to assist especially when their system is wrong. The new order says spearmint, the original is peppermint and was done to show them the pricing is the same and why was ordered to get the free delivery. And no, the issue has not been resolved.
