🚨🎙️ Cesc Fabregas on Nico Paz’s unbelievable performance and his future. Thierry Henry🎙️: What an incredible performance from Nico Paz! How do you feel knowing that a player like him could become one of the biggest topics for top clubs in the transfer market? Cesc Fabregas🗣️: Honestly, Nico Paz always finds a way to leave me in awe. (laughs) He’s a great talent, our best player, and he showed that again today against a top club. Sometimes, you watch him play and realise there are things you simply cannot teach a footballer. I hope he stays at Como because he’s very important to us, but one thing is certain: keeping a player of his quality will be difficult. And I have a feeling Nico Paz will play for Barcelona one day. I don’t know how or when, but he seems tailor-made for Barça’s style of football. He also talks a lot about Messi, and you can see how much admiration he has for him. Thierry Henry🎙️: So, you’re afraid of losing him, aren’t you? Cesc Fabregas🗣️: Why wouldn’t I be? (laughs) Of course, I want to keep him because players like Nico don’t come around every day. But losing him to Barcelona wouldn’t be a loss for him. I genuinely believe he’s destined to succeed there. The way he sees the game, the creativity, the confidence on the ball… I think he would fit perfectly into that environment. As a coach, you always want to keep your best players, but sometimes you also have to recognise when a player is ready for the next step. And if that next step is Barcelona, I think Nico has everything he needs to succeed there.
