Former Arkansas court employee Nancie Givens has been arrested and faces 65 counts of tampering with public records. She’s accused of manipulating bar exam scores between 2020 and 2025, taking points from some applicants and giving them to others, even raising some scores just enough to pass.
Think about the consequences. Someone who earned a passing score may have been denied the opportunity to practice law, while someone who failed may have been admitted.
The Arkansas Supreme Court calls the allegations an unprecedented breach of public trust.

I wanted to say that Florida is a truly awful place to live. Do NOT move here because you don’t like whomever got elected in your state.
We have ginormous bugs like you’ve never seen in your life. They all bite and sting and it hurts. And they’re out ALL year.
We have hurricanes, tropical storms, and tornadoes from April to November.
Alligators pop out of your toilet. Coyotes run around wild.
The humidity is brutal from February to December. Then it suddenly gets cold for a month but buildings aren’t properly insulated so you freeze.
Housing costs, electricity, food are all super high. Wages are super low.
Traffic is insane.
There are long waits for doctors and dentists.
No one speaks English.
Literally the only good thing are the sunsets. It’s not worth moving here for a pretty sunset.

I would like to personally congratulate @SpeakerJohnson and @LeaderJohnThune for the Democrats' victory tonight.
They both spent 22 long months ignoring the will of the American people and slow-walking or obstructing @realDonaldTrump 's agenda.

Last night didn't go well for the GOP.
I am a Floridian and even we had a rough night. We barely hung on.
One thing that stuck out too me was a lack of republican voters across the board.
The stats below about voter registration and voter turnout comes from florida statistics.
We had a pretty good year for voter registration but very low turnout.
There will probably be some contributing the results of races to fraud, but you can't deny that people were 't showing up.
The GOP did almost nothing for their voters. They failed to pass the Save America Act, among other things.
They did get some stuff right but not enough.
I do believe God is in control and that no one can thwart His plans, but I do believe He gives us agency as well.
I am thankful we stayed red, and I believe DeSantis did a lot to help that.
We look at the stark contrast between Greg Abbot and Ron DeSantis and it's evident how a leader can change the end result.
However, I believe the main thing that hurt GOP across the board was the Iran war.
If we needed to be there, I think we could have at least layed off a few months until after the elections.
There is also no doubt that Trump and his administration handled the Epstein files quite terribly.
There absolutely are co-conspirators. We saw them, and nothing happened.
I however just happen to believe that Democrats would not do anything different.
Thomas Massie and Ro Khanna both saw those files and now have nothing else to say on the matter.
I believe these two things are the reasons that the GOP lost so substantially.
These are my takeaways. GOP needs to do much better next time if they want to win. If there will be a next time. If there is a next time.
