i really do hope the nms team is enjoying working on this and not in the coal mines continuing these updates, wishing they worked on LNF
it does look like they enjoy it

1.4.0 release of oket.paths.place
lots of simplification. lets look at bind config:
cd to the path under the cursor on alt+enter?
[files] alt+enter = :stage cd $o_path
open file to the pane to the left?
[files] ctrl+enter = :open $o_path @-1
glory to plan9

i looked into this
its one of those "ibm and friends did it 40 years ago and everyone just rolled with it and now we are fucked" things

yes thats the point, they are offensive rushdown powerhouses but suck ass in the neutral since they are so weak to mashing (classically no parries, no throw game, no save evasive moves)
ewgf is also, while not "super hard", one of the harder inputs, and balanced by that

all characters can realign with a dash, all characters can mix up timings to make stepping inconsistent
the only reason this is a problem is modern giga-sized-hitboxes and tracking.

t6 this kinda makes sense, t6BR the console release, no

ewgf is designed to be stepped to the left. all tekken moves are either steppable to the left, to the right, to both sides (linear) or neither (homing)
all of kazuya's main tools are designed to be stepped left, thats his whole identity
yes t8 made him stupid, you are still wrong
