Effective Immediately, all organizations using PHP for their systems are advised to be prepared for an update addressing two critical vulnerabilities. PHP is widely used for web applications. These vulnerabilities often provide a direct path to the server's file system or database. 💥 630 drones attack the Moscow region overnight — Russian Defense Ministry weapons facility hit
According to Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, the attack lasted from the evening of October 21 until the morning of October 22. He claimed that Russian air defenses intercepted most of the drones “at distant approaches,” with another 163 shot down as they approached the capital.
Two people were injured in Moscow's Troitsky District.
Meanwhile, the Russian Defense Ministry's 75th Arsenal facility in Serpukhov, Moscow region, was targeted.
The facility operates under the Main Missile and Artillery Directorate (GRAU) and produces weapons and ammunition, as well as repairing military equipment and weaponry, including artillery systems.

Iran’s IRGC Navy claims four vessels were struck simultaneously and set ablaze while transferring oil between ships in the north-central Persian Gulf after using “unauthorized routes.”
The IRGC also reported that three other vessels struck mines west of the Strait of Hormuz last night and caught fire.
They accused the U.S. of encouraging ships to cross mined waters and warned that continued activity could lead to retaliation against U.S. bases across the region.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces struck the 75th Arsenal in Serpukhov, Moscow Oblast, with missiles/jet-powered drones.
A defense-industrial complex enterprise specializing in the repair, restoration, and storage of military equipment, including air defense systems.According to Rostec, the facility repaired equipment for the Buk-M1, Buk-M2, and S-300V systems.
A missile alert was issued in the city during the attack.
OSINT researchers had paid particular attention to the facility. In a post dated March 29, 2024, OSINT researcher Jompy described the 75th Arsenal as the only storage base for Russian surface-to-air systems he had identified.
