Even in nature, dormant periods are necessary to enhance beauty and enable survival. 🥀 I’m sure you’ve noticed that it’s been a bit quieter here on the feeds this year – there’s been a lot going on…in the world, in life, and in my ocd mind that tends to move non-stop. 💫

I’ve always loved when it rains in LA, but I’ve never been quite so grateful for it as I am today. 🙏 🌧️

Little wins are bright spots in one of the heaviest starts to a year that I can remember…big thanks to the judges for the @globalsongcomp for voting our song “Walking Into Walls” into their #Top100 this year. 🙏🖤

Hell hath no fury like a rumbling stomach when you’re trying to record a very mellow acoustic guitar… 😂

I realize more and more with each passing year that the understated moments are sometimes the most beautiful…I hope everyone seeing this had a wonderful Thanksgiving, full of warmth, joy, laughter and gratitude. Grateful for you all. 🖤

Spent the day yesterday away from screens, cooking, relaxing, playing, eating and counting our blessings with a very small group of family…it wasn’t perfect (note the second photo, hah!) but it was magical in its imperfection.
