Eowyn meeting and falling for Faramir (and vice versa) in the House of Healing is such a narratively sound choice for both characters and for Gondor and Rohan. It worked out perfectly.
Would argue that 4 would be locks for me (Baker, Bochy, White, of course Pinella -finally). It's criminal that the numbers getting in are restricted unlike sports writers ballot.
I agree here. Cass could care less about laws (she's a vigilante after all). It's about Bruce's code to her. Life is sacred. She believes it for the same reason as Jim Gordon, killing the Joker just makes him what he hates (and what she hates about herself).
In Austen's era how good a man and steward one was exemplified by your estate and what the servants thought of you. Pemberley represented what kind of man Darcy truly was. Lizzie realized that. Same with Knightley in Emma, opposite is Sir Thomas in MP, Sir Walter in Persuasion.
DC DOES NOT want Clark or Lois to be depicted as 40 or over. Bruce on the other hand they give more leeway.
