From what i remember he convinced selena after her kidney transplant that these things happened to her health bc she strayed too far from gods light. She agreed to get back together but he then tried convincing her that they needed to get married to fix their dependency/substance issues. She wasn’t convinced that he was ready for marriage bc hes had problems with infidelity. He didn’t take this well bc lust is a big sin. So they agreed to cool things off bc they weren’t seeing eye to eye. Then randomly she saw that he’s engaged to hailey and it made her go insane. She called him and said she’s sorry and that she wants to get married but he said it’s too late. She was heartbroken and went into a manic episode and then checked herself in to an inpatient program
