我一直有个疑问,为什么“整理马克思的手稿”也被纳入恩格斯的功绩之一,直到我看到了马克思的手稿:

i was going to make a snarky quote tweet about the original post is only coherent in the sense that most liberals expected the literal Holocaust and can comfortably accept anything less than that in scale but then she just tweeted it out lol
Replying to @ContraPoints
I want to help people interpret this tweet because many are struggling. When I say “worse than I thought” I’m proposing a counterfactual situation: what I expected Trump 2 to be. I was expecting Hitler. Trump 2 is very bad, but not Hitler bad. I therefore am massively relieved that it’s not Hitler bad. So, although it is bad, though millions have died (as expected), the situation is much less bad than my expectation of how bad it was going to be. The fact that my expectations of how bad it was going to be are worse than what it is, does not imply that what it is, is not bad. Merely that it is less bad than the counterfactual situation—that is, less bad than my expectations.

On message boards, mods would delete threads if you’re just talking about the same annoying topic over and over again. Social media does not have this and that’s why we are in hell

i love when someone posts like "if you like pancakes more than waffles you're ontologically evil and should die" and ppl in the replies explain why they prefer pancakes to waffles and op responds like "and you're soo valid for that i just mean the people who do it for Bad Reasons

It’s interesting how everyone’s reply to this tweet is “yes I agree long COVID does exist but everyone who claims to have it is annoying and lying”
long covid is hilarious because all the evidence we have says that it exists and not only does it exist but it’s extremely widespread and serious and yet we collectively refuse to acknowledge this reality because the bottom would fall out of the stock market if we did

“Everyone who claims to have long covid is bisexual” idk if that’s true in real life. It’s true in a screenshot of an article you didn’t read on Twitter but it’s probably not in real life

My Irish ancestors were slaves bought and sold by Jewish people. And you expect me to care about antisemitism?
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Irish people sent to the Americas were primarily indentured servants under temporary contracts, not chattel slaves. No historical evidence supports claims they were bought and sold by Jewish people; this relies on the debunked Irish slaves myth. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Irish_sla… snopes.com/fact-check/iri… apnews.com/article/920e1c…

Did yall hear about Vladimir Putin opening the oldest vault to reveal images of biblical figures? They all black every single one.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Putin has not opened the “oldest vault” or any vault for that matter. No Russian media or Russian state media has made this claim. This is a TikTok, YouTube and bitchute conspiracy with no reliable facts or evidence. Search Russian news: yandex.com/search/?text=p…

I’m fine with a world where the youth and left take the streets while the right sits online calling people slurs. If that’s the state of things I’m happy with that.
