A quick note: The sequel to The Last of Us video game does take place in Seattle. Not saying you need to prepare for zombie fungi here, just pointing out it's a fun video game and if a fun video game happens to make you actually get an emergency kit, win-win.

I go on mat leave in 2 ish months and they still haven't hired my team yet 😬😅 can't wait to see how training goes without me if little man decides to come early 🤦‍♀️

Note: interviews were supposed to be done in January and I was supposed to have all Feb-March to train 😅 guess that's not happening. They're still interviewing and haven't even gone through thr 2 week hiring phase yet.

Proud of myself for not using my "me day" for chores and grocery shopping; instead I read and went to the park and ate at a couple new food trucks.

We got approved for a HELOC and I was finally able to pay off my student loan that I've had since 2013 🥺 my payments were $600 minimum with flex rates as high as 15% at one point. I seriously feel so free right now.

As excited as I am to pay off this loan, I still hope that the president forgives the $10k he has been promising since before he was elected. These loans are holding so many people back, and it would be a huge benefit to get some of that canceled
