Leadership Lesson:
Trust is built in the small promises. Be on time. Finish the rep. Handle your assignment. Keep your word. Championships require talent, but teams become dependable when every player learns: if I said I’ll do it, consider it done. – at DeKalb, IL

Leadership Lesson:
Championship culture is built by what teammates refuse to let slide. When players correct poor effort, bad habits, and selfish behavior before coaches have to, accountability becomes culture. The strongest teams don’t just know the standard, they protect it. – at DeKalb, IL
